2023 Jazz Band Auditions

Jazz Band Auditions will be happening during the 3rd and 4th week of school (September 11th - 22nd) during Homeroom and/or STING time.  Students will need to prepare the material below on their instrument.  For the scales on the first 2 lines play whichever octave you are more comfortable playing.  Rising 8th graders are expected to play the ENTIRE page.  Rising 7th graders are expected to play the 1st, 2nd, and 4th excerpt.  If you need/want help with the notes or rhythms please come see me in the mornings or during STING time so I can help you!
